Who is responsible
Dugan Research Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England & Wales, company number 14883990. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

When you get in touch
We collect the name, email address, company name (if supplied), service interest and message you provide. We use them to answer your enquiry, discuss potential work and keep a record of that conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential project material through the form.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we may also process the necessary information on that basis. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list.
Services that handle the information
Cloudflare hosts this website, checks form submissions for abuse and sends enquiry emails. Microsoft 365 receives and stores those emails. We may also use service providers to manage contact and enquiry records. These services process information on our behalf. We do not sell enquiry information.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Transfers are subject to the applicable safeguards in our providers’ data processing agreements.
Storage and retention
We may store contact and enquiry information in our email and enquiry-management systems for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, discussing potential work and managing business relationships.
We decide how long to keep it based on whether discussions are ongoing, when we last had meaningful contact and any agreed future follow-up. We review records regularly and delete information when it is no longer needed.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner by emailing contact@duganresearch.com. We will do so unless particular records need to be retained to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If this applies, we will explain what we need to keep and why.
Website data and cookies
This website does not use advertising or visitor analytics tools. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses Turnstile for abuse prevention. Fonts are served by this website rather than requested from a third-party font service.
Your rights and concerns
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Contact contact@duganresearch.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable data protection law. You can also use this address to make a complaint about how we handle your information.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
